Jennifer Colosimo is the Vice President of Sales and Delivery Effectiveness at FranklinCovey. She brings 17 years of values-based change management, organizational and leadership development, and global sales experience to her consulting work. By concentrating on behavior and results, Jennifer's clients increase their personal and organizational focus and execution.
Jennifer has influenced over 20,000 clients, in 48 states and 12 countries, through her teaching, facilitation, and keynotes. She is an active contributor to product innovation at FranklinCovey and partners well with all levels, from front-line to CEO. Previous to joining FranklinCovey in 1996, Jennifer was a Change Management Consultant with Accenture.
Jennifer has bachelors and master's degrees in organizational communication and business administration. She co-facilitated FranklinCovey's audio program, The4Disciplines of Execution, with Stephen R. Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In 2006, Jennifer co-presented with Jack Welch, the former CEO of GE, at four conferences attended by 4,000+ people.
She enjoys outdoor activities in sunny Colorado where she lives with her husband and daughters.
