Morteza Khaleghi, Ph.D., is a psychoanalyst with over twenty years of experience treating addiction and coexisting conditions. He founded Creative Care in 1989, a clinic devoted to providing individualized, very highly specialized treatment for patients who are battling chemical dependency. Creative Care, Inc. is one of the first programs to treat the dually diagnosed individual.
